I've been frequenting this Starbucks drive-through for many years, it is hit and miss on the service depending on the server. This time the experience was exceptional. I came in today and I wanted a cold brew coffee but I wanted stars on my Starbucks card even though I didn't have any money loaded on there. I asked the server if I could do that anyway and she said no but she took the time to explain to me how I could load it up right there and do no work. She loaded it for me. It held up the line and then she found out that they didn't put the cream in my drink but she quickly fixed the situation. Usually the people at Starbucks do not like it when you hold up their line. This lady was extremely friendly and had no attitude about it at all. This was an enjoyable experience.

The girls there are so hard working and kind. I enjoy my coffee as well as the connections I have with them. Management has gotten worse, and it pains me to see how the employees are overworked and treated. But I still love the diversity and hard work these ladies put in.

The lady that was working the day I went was very nice she is Pleasant she was the only one Blair she even had a customer that is being a big joke that day right in front of me and she handled it very professionally.

The Customer Service is Excellent! The Employees are 'Awesome'! The beverages are created with Lots of LOVE! This is my Favorite Starbucks in the whole Portland area!
